Ed Bordell

Costa Rica

Bro. and Mrs. Bordell , in July of 1989, embarked on their journey to their mission field of Costa Rica . With the Lord’s help and guidance, the Iglesia Biblica Bautista de Guadalupe was established in February of 1991, with 27 people in attendance.

As the Lord continued to bless the work at Guadalupe, opportunities opened for two more churches to be started in the cities of Capri and in Cartago in 1997. Two years later, in 1999, a Bible institute in Guadalupe was started for the purpose of training and sending other people out into full-time Christian service.

His church in Guadalupe, Costa Rica has now grown to support a bus ministry, a deaf ministry, Vacation Bible schools, children’s orphanages, as well as 15 independent missionaries. Calvary Baptist Church is glad to have a part in their ministry.

Ed R.

China

Calvary Baptist Church will ommit his last name for security resons. Ed and his wife and have served faithfully in a major city in China for many years. In addition to a church that he pastors, he also has a Bible Institute training nationals for the ministry.

Eli Schrock

The Schrocks serve the Lord in Cambodia. Calvary Baptist Church has supported the ministry in Siem Reap for many years. When the former missionary there returned to the states to pastor a church here, Brother Schrock was called to take over the work there.

Clint Rardin

Mexico

Brother Rardin has been our missionary in Mexico City, Mexico for a long time now. The reports from the field are a joy and the growth in the church there is encouraging. It is exciting to hear of the souls saved. Calvary Baptist Church is very grateful to the Rardin family for their work in Mexico.

Jim Males

Scotland

Calvary Baptist Church is pleased to support Jim and Lori Males who have served in Scotland since the 1990's. Their family has grown over there and so has their ministry. They have established three churches, two are now being pastored by Scots, and are looking at reaching out into neighboring countries where Middle East refugees are settling.

Dave Olson

Zimbabwe

The mission work in Zimbabwe has been one of Calvary Baptist Churche's longest active missions.   Dave Olson and his family are now working in that ministry continuing the work started by others. Please pray for Dave's health concerns but more importantly that the gospel would have free reign in Zimbabwe.

Calvary Baptist Church also supports one home mission in Alliance, NE. Pastor Dennis Gruber started Heartland Baptist Church in the summer of 2008 and the work is growing quickly. Please visit their website for more information (Alliance4Christ.com).
